Reciprocal Friendships Between Users
As part of our new social networking system, users can now request that people on their buddy list confirm their friendship, after which time a person's list of confirmed friends will be viewable to other users.

How Do I Request Someone's Friendship?
Simply click on their name, look on right side of page, and at the bottom of their 'friends list'...click the link that says Befriend (insert CBs name here)
How Do I Know If Someone Has Requested My Friendship?
You now have a notifications list located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Click this...and it will tell you if you have any pending friendship requests.
