Hello Ladies, just a little recap leading up to the day i have always dreamed for.
First, I went ahead and took off the entire week leading up to the wedding. My mother did also. she is such an Angel. I had already finished the majority of the flower arrangements for the wedding, I just had to get my self in gear for Friday the 7th. we had to go in and make a building into what i wanted to see once i became his wife. The Reception hall. my matron, mothe, co-worker, and head hostess, we started about 9am and we did the dang thang, it was beautiful, there was some minor issues that i let bother me, but they tried to keep me focused since rehearsal started at 6pm,i had people coming from Texas and Alabama, and LakeCharles in the wedding. so me trying to make sure everything was perfect, not to mention, a last minute DJ. and Photographer, but guess what, my rings were too small, i nearly freaked out, but my son's grandmother worked at a jewelry store and had my rings ready the next morning for 10. Thank You Jesus, fast forward, we were all at rehersal, trying to get everyone lined up, well i was two guys short, one groomsmen from Houston did not show, and one brother of hubby did not go and get fitted. with me being so occupied and the last day to get fitted was the Wednesday of the wedding he promised he was going to take care of it. so i called Squires and guess what, he didnt even go, i went blank, my hands i couldnt feel ,my feet would not move, so i just broke down, but guess what i had 2 ushers, and they took their places. 2 weeks before the wedding i went in and change my ushers attire to match the groomsmen, and at that moment when i had no idea, the Lord was working for me. well that night, went fine, i wasnt in the mood to party or anything, so hubby went out with his friends, my girls and i went to eat, and i just wanted to be alone, so afterwards i went to the house thinking i would get some me time. but guess what!!! about 2am.i hear something in my daughter's room breaking, i was so tired i thought i was dreaming, i jumped up, and it was hubby, he had lost the house key, got someone to drop him off, and he breaking in the house climbing thru the window, gofigure, i was like we not suppose to see eachother, he said then go back to bed and close the door, pretend u dont see me. :buttkick: i wanted to say something but i was too tired, he went and got on the couch and i went back to sleep, my alarm went off at 5am, time to start moving, i eased out the room gathered what i needed and tip toed out the door. the entire day i ran, i didnt make it to the church until 4:30 after i told everyone to be there for 3; i was trying to make sure the reception area was done, once i stepped foot in the church they baracaded me in the nursery and would not let me do nothing, i was a joy, and so much to say ,but i will let the photos explain my joyous, precious most memorable, day!!!!
